The 2005 Edition GeorgeBoard Lap Steel has all of the most recently milled precision components.
Expertly Engineered 22.5" Scale with exclusive string alignment to get Extra Super Accurate Intonation.
Exacting ability to achieve intonation with Angle-Bars including 2 note - 3 note and 4 note Slants.
All GeorgeBoards Feature Custom 8 Pole Alnico Vintage 1957 Rewinds by Lindy Fralin Pickups.
The Pickups are further Shielded with Copper Foil wrapped around the Coil and Connected to the Ground.
Brass Nut and Bridge Pieces are Lathed to a Formula to Adjust the String Surface for a most Desirable "Feel" to the Bar and Picks.
On the Nut End All of the Strings are Above the Top of the Brass.
Slide on and off Fret Zero, and it is smooth - No Clanking.
Designer Abalone Shell Control Knobs are Standard and Placed for EZ Access
